Sandstone

At O’Connell Stone, our Sandstone building stone is machine-split and supplied in convenient 1-tonne bags, each covering approximately 3.5 to 4m². For larger-scale projects, certain sandstone types are also available as random rubble in 20 or 30-tonne loose loads—available upon request.

Sandstone is a durable, natural clastic sedimentary rock, primarily composed of sand-sized silicate grains. Its strength, texture, and warm earthy tones make it a popular choice for both traditional and contemporary building projects.
